Hiring: Fire Alarm Technician Company: Control Systems, Inc Location: Arlington, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:55:58 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office About the job Required Skills: •Inspectors shall perform all inspections, testing and some repair tasks on fire alarm systems. •Service technicians shall respond to scheduled and emergency service requests and perform in-depth trouble shooting, repair and/or replacement of system equipment. •Service Technicians will have the ability to program fire alarm systems or have experience with programing low voltage systems including fire alarm, nurse call, access control, security, or CCTV. •Frequently resolve problems through research of multiple alternatives. •Communicate and effectively interact with other contractors and building owners. •Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. •Assist customers on site with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. •Effectively communicate project status to management.
