Required Skills: •Responsible for overseeing day-to-day service operations for the fire alarm team. You will provide leadership and support to service technicians, manage schedules and workload, respond to customer needs, and help drive quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across the department. •Oversee daily fire alarm service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, workload assignments, and resource coordination. •Provide leadership, coaching, direction, and support to service technicians to build productivity, accountability, teamwork, and professional growth. •Monitor daily service activity to help ensure work is completed on time and customer commitments are met. •Coordinate with customers, technicians, management, purchasing, warehouse, and internal departments to support timely service delivery and clear communication. •Manage escalated customer concerns, service issues, and scheduling challenges in a professional and timely manner. •Review work orders, service reports, completion records, and related documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company procedures. •Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring employees follow company policies, PPE requirements, and safe work practices at all times. Qualifications: •Previous supervisory, leadership, or field operations experience, preferably in fire alarm, life safety, or related service operations. •Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Strong customer service, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. •Demonstrated capacity to coach, motivate, and hold employees accountable for performance and company expectations. •Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with customers, employees, management, contractors, and internal departments. •Understanding of safety practices and the ability to promote compliance with company policies and site requirements. •High school diploma or equivalent. •Demonstrated capacity to work in office and customer-site environments and travel to service locations as required.
