Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor to the Accounting team •Oversee the technical aspects and processes of implementing new systems related to Finance and Accounting. •Develop, document, and execute validation plans, test scripts, and acceptance criteria for financial systems, upgrades, integrations, reports, and configuration changes. •Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and coordinate validation efforts with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders. •Ensure system changes meet business requirements and comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and business objectives. •Document test results, defects, remediation activities, and final approvals for production deployment. •Provide escalated technical support to users of financial applications. •Effective written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills required to communicate with IT team members, internal customers, and vendors. Displays a customer-service attitude and a high sense of urgency in resolving technical issues.
