Once obtained, you must maintain and improve proficiency. Required Skills: •Drafting, reviewing, evaluating, implementing, and coordinating documents, policies and procedures related to G-Invoicing. •Supporting the G-Invoicing Process Team in Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P) G-Invoicing system implementation meetings, including assisting in requirements discussions, acceptance testing, training, and implementation. •Participating in reviews and analysis of audit findings to help identify root cause and help develop Corrective Action Plans to remediate the audit findings. •Collaborating with internal and external customers, stakeholders, and trading partners to further DLA G-Invoicing operational objectives. •Supporting the G-Invoicing Program Team in executing change management activities related to G-Invoicing implementation. •Extracting data from numerous systems including EBS, BPM Tool, G-Invoicing to support reporting requirements, data analysis, dashboard maintenance, and success metrics. Qualifications: •Must be a U.S. citizen •Appointment is subject to the completion of a favorable suitability or fitness determination, where reciprocity cannot be applied; unfavorably adjudicated background checks will be grounds for removal. •Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA): Exempt •Selective Service Requirement: Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service. •Selectees are required to have a REAL ID or other acceptable identification documents to access certain federal facilities.
