Required Skills: •Collaboration with various business units to capture data and ensure integrity. •Utilize this data to assist in analysis of current deal flow. •Utilize existing BI platform, plan and implement enterprise business intelligence solutions for the transformation of complex data into meaningful and useful information for data analysis purposes. •Support in the development and delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting packages to executive leadership. •Interface directly with business customers to determine how BI information and analytic solutions can be further leveraged to support business strategies, capabilities, and processes. •Lead and oversee data integrity and data validation across various systems of record. •Assist with implementation of standards, guidelines, and best practices. Ensure adequate monitoring and resolution of incidents, problems, and change. •Identify opportunities to develop forecasts, statistical models, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analyses to support various enterprise initiatives. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science or other business-related field. •Real estate experience a plus. •Analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems. Ability to conceptualize and think creatively, along with excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work cross functionally in a collaborative team environment to influence and ensure alignment on standards and processes, data management, and business intelligence technology decisions. •Solid understanding of BI and related reporting and analytics best practices and trends. •Excellent analytical skills, business analysis and requirements-gathering experience. •Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies, and track measurable results.
