Hiring: Financial Management Analyst Company: Canvas Location: Redstone Arsenal, AL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:43:07 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Data Warehouse, Security Clearance About the job Experience: •16 years of relevant work experience Required Skills: •Lead and oversee conducting research and program analysis using the General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS), and Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS), Shared Data Warehouse (SDW), and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). •Review obligations and validate Un-liquidated Obligations (ULOs). •Verify case lines determined to be logistically supply/service complete. •Validate the total FMS obligations on contracts and recognize missing obligations in the accounting system; and provide status of Unliquidated Obligation (ULOs). •Pull samples and data for budgetary reporting to ensure compliance within US Army Audit Readiness. •Research Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs) and Negative Unliquidated Obligations (NULOs) and advise management of closeout and reconciliation strategy. •Develop Reconciliation and Contract package for Acquisition Branch to clear ULO balances on contracts. •Assist in collecting date required for the Joint Reconciliation Program Audits.
