Hiring: Financial Executive Assistant Company: Summit Wealth Strategies™, LLC Location: Denver, CO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 12:33:46 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Wealth Management About the job Experience: •2+ years of executive assistant, administrative, financial services, or similar professional experience preferred Required Skills: •Summit Wealth Strategies is looking for a sharp, dependable, and highly organized Financial Executive Assistant to work directly alongside the firm's Financial Advisor and become an integral part of a growing wealth management practice. •This isn't a role where you'll spend your day waiting for someone to give you a list of tasks. •You'll be working closely with an Advisor who has built systems and processes around the business and genuinely wants to invest in the right person. If you perform well, take ownership, and continue to grow in the role, there is room for your responsibilities and compensation to expand with you. •More than anything, we're looking for someone who wants to find the right long-term fit, not simply their next job. •Proactively managing the Advisor's calendar and daily schedule •Scheduling and confirming client reviews and prospect meetings •Preparing reports, allocation sheets, paperwork, and other materials before meetings •Making sure the Advisor is fully prepared for each client and prospect conversation Qualifications: •1–2+ years of executive assistant, administrative, financial services, or similar professional experience preferred •Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and Sheets •Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Excel •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Strong organizational and time-management abilities close attention to detail •Comfortable speaking directly with clients •Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills •Demonstrated capacity to work independently while remaining closely aligned with the Advisor •Previous wealth management or financial services experience is helpful, but exceptional candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply •We want this to be a place where the right person can build something long-term.
