Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or another analytical discipline. •1–2 years of relevant finance or FP&A experience preferred. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable business recommendations. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. •Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills. •Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. •Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for process optimization.
