The role works with US GAAP-based data, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis to produce accurate reporting for finance leadership. •The analyst also supports SOX controls and SEC reporting processes by maintaining documentation, validating source data, and coordinating evidence across accounting, legal, and operational teams. The work directly improves forecast accuracy, audit readiness, and the quality of decisions made across a scaling technology business. •Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and operating KPI analysis •Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, headcount planning, and scenario analysis using Excel or Google Sheets •Analyze actuals versus budget and forecast, investigate material variances, and summarize business drivers for finance leadership •Reconcile general ledger activity and subledger data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, prepaid expenses, and accruals •Support quarterly and annual close activities by coordinating schedules, validating journal-entry support, and tracking deliverables in the close calendar •Maintain SOX control documentation, prepare testing evidence, and support internal and external audit requests under US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline Compensation: •Bonus: experience with SOX controls, SEC reporting, SQL, BI dashboards, or progress toward CPA certification Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
