Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field. •1–3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, Finance, or a related analytical role. •Progress toward a CPA designation is considered an asset. •Internship or co-op experience in a finance environment is considered an asset. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling, and data analysis. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. •Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting concepts. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. •High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. •Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
