Required Skills: •Lead US & CAN iTero volume and revenue forecasting (monthly, quarterly, annual), including scenario modeling, risk/opportunity assessment, and executive-level readouts versus actuals. •Proactively drive financial outcomes by independently analyzing performance, identifying trends and root causes, and recommending actions that directly influence revenue growth, retention, and profitability for iTero Scanner and Services. •Partner directly with Commercial leadership (Sales and Marketing) to support P&L-impacting activities, including pricing, promotions, programs, and OPEX reporting. •Evaluate ROI and guide investment decisions across marketing programs, education initiatives, sales force productivity, and retention strategies for both US and Canada markets, exercising independent judgment on prioritization and resource allocation. •Develop and own complex financial models for strategic initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. •Champion the use of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to simplify forecasting, reporting, and planning processes, reducing manual effort while improving insight quality and speed. •Lead enhancements to reporting, planning, and forecasting capabilities, driving cross-functional initiatives to improve scalability, automation, and financial controls. •Oversee revenue-related close activities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and strong partnership with Accounting and Global/Corporate FP&A teams.
