Required Skills: •Prepare recurring financial and operational reports for plant leadership. •Analyze actual financial performance against budget, forecast, prior periods, and established business targets. •Perform detailed analysis of revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, EBIT, working capital, and other key financial measures. •Identify significant trends, variances, risks, and opportunities and communicate findings to the Plant Controller and appropriate business leaders. •Develop clear financial analyses and summaries that help leadership understand business performance and make informed decisions. •Perform ad hoc financial analysis in support of operational and strategic initiatives. •Maintain accurate supporting schedules, financial models, and analytical workpapers. •Analyze manufacturing performance, including labor utilization, overhead absorption, scrap, rework, material usage, production efficiency, and other manufacturing variances. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to work primarily in an office environment with regular interaction throughout manufacturing operations. •Demonstrated capacity to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout office and manufacturing areas. •Frequent computer use and extended periods of data analysis and document review. •Demonstrated capacity to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds. •Demonstrated capacity to safely enter manufacturing areas and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). •ITAR REQUIREMENTS: This position requires access to export-controlled technical data and technology. Under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR), applicants must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
