Required Skills: •Consolidate and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting for Business Acceleration, ensuring data integrity and alignment with corporate reporting standards. •Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews by preparing clear, visually compelling materials that highlight trends, key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities. •Prepare monthly and quarterly executive-level presentations for senior management, translating financial results, key business drivers, and performance trends into clear, actionable insights. •Coordinate the consolidation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts across the Business acceleration businesses and functional areas. •Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances, underlying drivers, and business impacts. •Serve as a key finance liaison between Business Acceleration teams and Brunswick Corporate Finance to support monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting requirements. •Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual effort, and improve reporting accuracy through automation, standardization, and improved tools. •Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects that enable business performance evaluation and strategic decision-making. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. •Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. •Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Pricing, margin, and profitability analysis experience. •Hybrid schedule with three days onsite in Mettawa, IL (Brunswick Corporate HQ) •This position is full time (40-hour work week).
