Required Skills: •Designs, implements, and maintains project‑based financial measurement processes. •Provides financial guidance to management and program managers. •Works with managers to create program budgets and schedules. •Performs and assists in work plan reconciliation and reporting. •Provides weekly and monthly financial status updates to the Controller. •Reviews financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. •Researches and implements cost‑saving strategies. •Supports the Controller and Contracts Manager in creating proposals, purchase orders, and requests for quotation (RFQs). Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline such as finance, accounting, or operations management. •Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with internal managers and external customers and suppliers. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •This position requires U.S. person status under U.S. export control laws, including U.S. citizens and nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees.
