Required Skills: •The Financial Analyst role will develop and compile financial data and conduct analyses, reconciliation, and projections in support of departments. This role will prepare a full range of financial-related reports, which may include cost studies, budget forecasts and modeling, and other tools. •Use data entry, calculations, estimates, reconciliations, reports, etc. in order to achieve results of data needed for analysis. This may be inclusive of projects, programs, or other initiatives where data analysis is needed. Runs reports as needed. •Determine, develop, organize and streamline data to be used for completion in financial analysis. Provide review and approval of financial documents, transactions, etc. •Prepare forecasts and analysis of trends in general business conditions and other related areas. •Analyze and verify funding sources to ensure appropriate spending and billing practices. •Provide results of analysis and methodology used to determine results. •Remain current on financial reporting (internal to organization) and external, applicable regulations, processes, etc. •May be responsible for performing assigned financial audit functions; based on results from financial analysis to problem solve complex issues.
