Must be detailed and deadline oriented but also be able to think strategically at the functional level. •Requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to communicate complex issues, procedures, and rules to various levels of management. •Requires the ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage multiple concurrent activities.
