Required Skills: •Depending upon role, analyst may or may not focus up to 25% of their time operationally in a current state environment. Provides operational support to maintain subject matter expertise of current state business processes and systems while balancing the continuous support of transformation; especially during key financial cycles. •Understands and utilizes company adopted or formal business analytical, tools, technologies and methodologies not limited to: ERP implementation best practices, business process mapping, lean six sigma tools, and project management methodologies to support or to lead medium sized change management initiatives or projects. •Provides oversight and work direction to medium size teams (up to 5 people) as well as provides guidance to business leaders and escalates issues where appropriate •BS in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Business Admin or related field. 7-10 years of related experience and/or training. 4-7 years project experience, or equivalent. •Understanding of intermediate to complex level difficulty of accounting practices and process including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) with 5 years of analytical and project or change management experience, or equivalent. •Advanced presentation skills and the ability to express project technical concepts in non-technical, business terms. •Works independently with minimal supervision. Proven facilitation and collaboration skills •Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
