Required Skills: •The FEP - TA is also a key connector to the global team and partners strongly with PT for managing inventories, with RD to understand pipeline possibilities and partnership in clinical studies, with HQ to provide transparency in our commercial results and strategies. •The ideal candidate connects financial rigor with operational realities, driving alignment across the business to maximize value, optimize resource allocation, and support sustainable growth. •Partner closely with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Pricing, and Field Leadership to deliver financial targets. •Act as the finance lead for portfolio performance, providing actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. •Enable trade-off discussions across initiatives (e.g., promotional spend vs. access investments vs. pricing strategy). •Support scenario planning for product lifecycle decisions, launch planning, and market changes. •Collaborate actively in sales forecasting, defining scenarios with the Squad and providing transparency of assumptions to Finance counterparts (local and global when needed). •Lead budgeting, trade-off discussions and investments priorities for the Therapeutic Area and portfolio under their responsibility and long-range planning for the product portfolio. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred). •In-depth knowledge of pharma revenue mechanics (pricing, access, gross-to-net). •Demonstrated capacity to influence without authority and navigate cross-functional environments. •Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills. •Strong communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear insights. •Comfort working in a fast-moving, resource-constrained organization. •High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. •Fast learner and flexible to ways of working. •Demonstrated capacity to perform under pressure & strong sense of urgency. •Proficiency with SAP (S/4 HANA) and SAC.
