Required Skills: •Lead the Annual Plan, Latest Best Estimate (LBE), Long-Range Plan, and monthly forecasting processes. •Drive forecast accuracy through driver-based forecasting, scenario planning, and data-driven analysis. •Translate revenue trends, demand drivers, market dynamics, profitability, and investment effectiveness into actionable business insights. •Monitor performance against financial commitments and key operating metrics, identifying risks, opportunities, and required actions. •Lead monthly business reviews and deliver clear, concise recommendations to senior leadership. •Serve as the primary finance partner to Specialty & Eye Care leadership and collaborate across Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Analytics, and Finance. •Evaluate strategic initiatives, including product launches and discontinuations, indication expansions, pricing strategies, resource allocation, and investment opportunities. •Influence portfolio strategy through financial modeling, scenario analysis, risk assessment, and fact-based recommendations.
