Required Skills: •The Finance & Accounting Manager will oversee the organization's accounting and financial management activities, including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, cost accounting, inventory, internal controls, and financial analysis. •This position will play an important role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial information while providing meaningful financial insight to support operational performance and business growth. •Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, reconciliations, and financial reporting. •Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. •Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reporting. •Develop annual budgets, forecasts, financial models, and long-range financial plans. •Analyze financial performance, profitability, cash flow, KPIs, and budget-to-actual variances. •Provide financial recommendations and insights to senior leadership. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. •Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience. •In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting. •Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both financial and operational teams. •Prior experience supervising or developing accounting personnel preferred. •CPA designation is a plus. •The strongest candidates will come from a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, machinery, or other inventory-intensive environment and will have experience combining accounting fundamentals with operational financial analysis. •Candidates with backgrounds such as Plant Controller, Manufacturing Controller, Accounting Manager, Finance Manager, Assistant Controller, Cost Accounting Manager, or Senior Accounting Manager are encouraged to apply.
