Required Skills: •Lead the safety effort by personal example. •Support full plant wide compliance with safety rules to further our goal of 0 accidents and encouragement of reporting and correcting near misses. •Adhere to SOPs and other work procedures as required to assure product quality and consistency to our customers. •Encourage employees to look for ways to improve safety and production processes. •Prevention and timely reporting of any environmental issues. •Adhere to GMP’s and other work procedures as to assure product quality and consistency to our customers. •Prevent injuries by encouraging employees to work safely Qualifications: •Inspect Container- Correct and without damage •Ensure that the product is free from clumping/ discoloration/ foreign material •Container is sealed properly and to the customer specifications •Make work area ready for wash-downs, change over, and sanitation •Correct product that needs weight adjustments/ closure corrections •Manually stack finished product onto pallets as needed •Maintain work area so that is neat, clean and without foreign material present •Comply with all plant an personal GMP guidelines set forth by the company •To perform any and all tasks as assigned by any member of management •Potentially asked to participate on Safety Committee Compensation: •$1,000 - $1,500 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
