Required Skills: •Conduct asset walkdowns and field verification activities to collect data. •Review P&IDs, equipment drawings, manuals, and plant documentation for asset information. •Develop and maintain asset registers for mechanical equipment. •Establish equipment hierarchy and parent-child relationships for CMMS deployment. •Develop Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans for mechanical equipment. •Prepare Job Plans, Task Lists, and Standard Maintenance Procedures. •Validate Bills of Materials (BoM) for maintainable assets. •Define maintenance strategies based on equipment criticality and OEM recommendations.
