Required Skills: •Conduct asset walkdowns and field verification activities to collect equipment and asset data. •Review P&IDs, equipment drawings, manuals, and plant documentation. •Develop and maintain mechanical equipment asset registers. •Create and validate equipment master data and asset attributes. •Establish equipment hierarchies and parent-child relationships. •Develop preventive maintenance plans for mechanical equipment. •Prepare Job Plans, Task Lists, and Standard Maintenance Procedures. •Validate Bills of Materials (BoM) for maintainable assets. Qualifications: •5–7 years of relevant experience. •Strong Asset Management and CMMS experience. •In-depth knowledge of mechanical equipment, maintenance strategies, and asset reliability. •Demonstrated capacity to interpret P&IDs, equipment drawings, and manuals. •Onsite position in Midland, Texas. •Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, and Engineering teams.
