Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. •Progressive experience in operations, field leadership, training, logistics, installation, moving, or a related industry. •Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business systems. •Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly. •Must be comfortable working in the field and spending significant time at operational locations and job sites.
