Required Skills: •Enforce program changes as specified by the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager and disseminate guidance to personnel. •Ensure ongoing program-wide compliance with contract and company policies, procedures, and guidance, with applicable laws and regulations. •Implement, monitor, and ensure the effectiveness of the company’s quality control plan and training programs. Escalates concerns and suggests improvement to the Site Manager. •Report any operational, compliance, and/or field wellness checks issues to Site Manager and Deputy Program Manager. •Frequently and consistently interact with assigned Field Specialists throughout the shift to gauge assistance, address questions, and/or resolve any concerns, etc. •Conduct in person spot checks during field site wellness events to verify contract compliance, including review of documentation for completeness and accuracy. •Support field safety and wellness operations by ensuring Field Specialists follow established protocols, procedures, and safety standards. •Conduct operational inspections of program activities, office, equipment, etc. Qualifications: •Must be a U.S. Citizen •Demonstrated capacity to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance •Successfully pass a background investigation, drug screen. •May be required to pass or present specific requirements depending on the position (i.e., DOT exam, vaccinations, CPR, flu shot). •Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees. •Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 0% - 10% of the time, must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. •Fine Motor Skills/Dexterity: Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time. •Sitting: Sitting for prolonged and extended periods of time. •This job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
