Address related communication challenges, including those in LAN environments, cable connections, and fiber optics •Preventive Maintenance and Repair: Perform bench-level preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements for computer terminals, microprocessor components, peripherals, and associated communication and information management equipment •Equipment Setup and Configuration: Assemble, install, configure, modify, and relocate hardware and software at client sites for regular or special function use. Conduct roadside hardware and software diagnosis and maintenance, including pole-mounted equipment. Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with client requirements •Customer Interaction: Provide high-quality customer service as a company representative, ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication, and responsiveness •Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance activities. Escalate unresolved issues promptly to appropriate levels for resolution •Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team while independently managing tasks to meet client expectations and time-sensitive deadlines Qualifications: •Technical Expertise: Proven ability to perform maintenance and repair at the sub-assembly/component level and use various diagnostic tools. Proficiency with basic PC operations and specialized tools, including ladders, hydraulic lifts, and electrical lifts •Driving Requirements: Valid state-issued driver's license with a good driving record. Ability to be insured on the corporate insurance policy and responsibility for a company vehicle.
