Required Skills: •Semiconductor, ion implant, equpment maintenance •Perform installation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor ion implantation equipment at customer sites. •Follow approved procedures, work instructions, checklists, cleanroom protocols, and safety requirements when completing service activities. •Support system diagnostics, failure analysis, equipment recovery, stabilization, start-up, qualification, upgrades, retrofits, and modifications. •Document service work, inspection results, technical findings, and corrective actions accurately in service reports and internal systems. •Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls while supporting customer operations during equipment downtime and troubleshooting events. •Promptly escalate technical issues, abnormal conditions, and unresolved problems to senior Field Service Engineers or management. •Participate in structured on-the-job training to develop proficiency across ion implantation and other semiconductor equipment platforms.
