In this role, you'll service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial solar energy systems, battery storage solutions, and generators. •This position is ideal for an experienced electrical professional who enjoys hands-on technical work, solving complex problems, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the transition to clean energy. •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair solar panels, inverters, batteries, generators, and related equipment •Perform preventive maintenance including panel cleaning, wiring inspections, inverter testing, and battery health assessments •Commission new systems and upgrades while ensuring compliance with NEC, AHJ, and utility requirements •Utilize diagnostic tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, and thermal imaging equipment •Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and photo documentation •Follow all safety procedures including PPE usage, lockout/tagout processes, and fall protection requirements Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED •4+ years of electrical experience •Valid driver's license with a clean driving record •In-depth knowledge of NEC, AHJ, and utility interconnection requirements •Demonstrated capacity to read electrical schematics and technical drawings •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 50 pounds •Demonstrated capacity to climb ladders and work on rooftops •Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions •Strong communication and customer service skills •Willingness to travel locally and work overtime as needed Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
