Machine Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional service and support to customers worldwide. •Customer Support & Service •Provide world-class support to customers through onsite visits, remote troubleshooting, email, phone, and in-house customer visits. •Manage assigned customer cases from initial assignment through successful resolution. •Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries, support requests, and equipment issues. •Build strong customer relationships while delivering an exceptional service experience. •Lead and support equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities. Qualifications: •Read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation. •Support customers with equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices. •Assist with Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and customer demonstrations. •Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and other teams to resolve complex issues and improve product performance. •Create and maintain service documentation, troubleshooting guides, and preventive maintenance procedures. •Identify opportunities to improve training programs, service procedures, and product quality. •Mentor and guide junior Field Service Technicians. •Valid driver's license with the ability to drive internationally. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain and maintain a passport without restrictions. •Willingness to travel 50% or more, including international destinations.
