Manufacturer certifications (Kyocera, Konica Minolta, HP) are a plus. Factory training and certification are completed after hire, and you are expected to keep expanding the product lines you can support. •Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on electromechanical repair experience. Copier, MFP, or printer field service is preferred; comparable equipment repair experience will be considered. •Strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to work at the component level on fusers, drums, developer units, rollers, boards, and finishing devices. •Solid functional working knowledge of LAN fundamentals including TCP/IP and static versus DHCP addressing, print driver installation on Windows and Mac, and scan configuration through SMTP and SMB. •Proficient with a Windows laptop or tablet, ERP and mobile dispatch platforms, and standard office applications. •Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize a daily call board and stay composed under pressure. •Customer facing experience with sound judgment, discretion, and initiative to drive processes to completion. •Demonstrated capacity to lift and move up to 50 pounds and to safely maneuver larger devices using proper equipment. The role involves frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and extended periods on your feet at client sites. Qualifications: •Primary coverage is the Northwest Arkansas market. Occasional statewide travel is possible, typically fewer than two or three day trips per month. A company vehicle is provided. •Lead and oversee the condition, cleanliness, and accurate parts inventory of the assigned vehicle.
