Required Skills: •Receive and log customer support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system. •Provide first-level troubleshooting for Windows PCs, printers, Microsoft 365, email, internet connectivity, and common software applications. •Reset passwords and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. •Install software, drivers, printers, and Windows updates. •Configure new workstations and basic hardware deployments. •Perform preventative maintenance and routine system health checks. •Assist with antivirus, endpoint protection, and backup monitoring. •Working with and updating Knowledge Base documentation.
