Required Skills: •Travel to customer sites to inspect, install, commission, test, calibrate, repair and train customers on the safe and proper operation of NOV products. •Perform field upgrades of software and hardware and train customers on how to properly operate the system. •Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner. •Identify those characteristics of the design that are crucial to the safe and proper functioning of the product. •Prepare for service jobs including downloading drawings, software, and all procedures required. •Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures. •Perform all other duties as assigned. •Provides start-up service for newly installed equipment and service of existing equipment. Qualifications: •Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Knowledge of Lifting and Handling equipment/operations strongly desired. •Computer experience/proficiency required - Microsoft Office knowledge is required. •Demonstrated capacity to pass a drug screen & background check. •Valid Driver’s license required – as you will be operating a company vehicle. •Must provide transportation from home to the office. Transportation to customer’s location will be provided. •Meet all land and offshore certification requirements.
