Required Skills: •Assembles, installs and configures systems and equipment in accordance with site assessments and schematics. •Completes system programming and optimization as part of the installation process. •Performs routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing and replacing equipment components. •Provides on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance and limited troubleshooting. •Travels frequently to customer sites and performs field technician service duties as assigned. •Tests, trains and fields support to customers regarding technical aspects of designated systems and services. •Provides expertise for the resolution of technical problems, troubleshoots products and modifies products to customer requirements. •Reviews system and network configurations to ensure successful implementation of services into production.
