Required Skills: •Enphase Energy is looking for a Field Service Technician to provide on-site support to our Distribution and Installation Partners. This dynamic, fast-paced role requires owning problems through completion to provide best in class customer service at all times. •This position requires regular travel of up to 50%, depending on the assigned territory. Travel may include out-of-state trips, overnight stays, and extended assignments of up to two consecutive weeks. •Service Enphase (internal) PV and storage systems within the assigned territory. •Act as a liaison between the scheduling team and homeowners to coordinate site visits and ensure alignment between Enphase Customer Support and system owners. •Perform onsite testing and diagnostics to evaluate system performance and identify issues. •Perform work on rooftops and elevated structures regularly. •Complete solar maintenance reports and required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. •Perform microinverter maintenance and update the Enlighten monitoring system to reflect all changes.
