We are a 6 year running Top Workplace in the Greater St. Louis area. •Supervise and direct field service engineers, representatives, and technicians across multiple customer accounts, including tracking deployment status (CONUS/OCONUS) and providing independent team leadership, coaching, and coordination •Review and approve all field service travel expense reports, purchase authorizations, foreign rental agreements, timesheets, and supplier invoices •Manage technical aspects of complex projects by instructing, directing and ensuring engineer craftsmanship conforms to employer's values, strategies, and expectations •Ensure field support projects are scheduled, forecasted, and remain within budget •Ensure all field service activities adhere to established safety guidelines and operational protocols •Manage budget, cost and schedule input for design assignments •Participate in preparation of proposals and manpower planning Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience •Must be able to travel up to 50% to CONUS and OCONUS (Outside the Contiguous United States) locations •Must be able to obtain and retain a company credit card •Excellent teambuilding and leadership skills •Good communications skills (written and verbal) •Demonstrated capacity to guide others through moderately complex technical and logistical challenges •Fundamental understanding of computer systems, operating systems, and configuration files, a plus •Computer proficiency with MS Office application experience, including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint •Detailed understanding and use of database technologies, a plus •U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
