Required Skills: •Cooler Master is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to support the deployment, commissioning, and service of advanced liquid cooling solutions across North America. •As one of the early members of the service team, this individual will not only support customer deployments and service activities but also help establish the foundation for future service operations and organizational growth. •Perform onsite installation, commissioning, startup, and maintenance of liquid cooling systems and CDU equipment at customer facilities. •Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and system-level issues in the field. •Provide technical support during customer escalations and serve as the first line of field response. •Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and performance verification activities. •Deliver customer training on system operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices. •Create detailed service reports, root cause analyses, and corrective action documentation. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. •Applied hands-on capability in equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. •Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimal supervision in field environments. •Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% throughout North America. •Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by air as required. •During the first year, the selected candidate will be expected to spend about one week per month at Fremont, CA for product training, factory exposure, relationship building, and collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Program Management teams. •Remote, United States (Texas Preferred) •Up to 70% across North America Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
