Our field sales representatives spend 75% or more of their week in the field driving to and recruiting homes to be part of the Nielsen ratings. •Candidates must reside in the Pittsburgh area to be considered for this position. •Drive to selected homes using a company-provided vehicle •Recruit statistically selected households unannounced and conduct in-person interviews •Explain participation clearly, build rapport, and encourage enrollment •Collect and enter household demographic and technical data accurately •Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure compliance procedures •Meet performance goals, quality standards, and customer satisfaction targets Qualifications: •Must be willing and able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to be outside, in all weather conditions recruiting preselected residential addresses. •Be able to navigate stairs, elevators, walkways, and driveways (paved and unpaved) and a wide variety of entrances into people’s homes •Drive for extended periods, including up to 8 hours a day stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday •Kneel, bend, and move through residential entryways as needed •Demonstrated capacity to walk one-half mile •Who Should Consider This Job •This is a non traditional desk job.
