Required Skills: •Conduct routine and unannounced field safety inspections and audits. •Monitor employee activities for compliance with company, client, and OSHA safety requirements. •Conduct employee safety training on various OSHA topics •Identify unsafe acts and conditions and work with field personnel to implement corrective actions. •Complete site safety reports and communicate findings to the Safety Manager. •Assist with incident, injury, near-miss, and property damage investigations. •Verify required safety documentation, permits, and training records are current and compliant. •Participate in site safety meetings and toolbox talks. Qualifications: •3–5 years of safety experience in industrial, construction, utility, environmental, or related industries. •Solid functional working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic reporting systems. •Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. •Demonstrated capacity to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and industrial environments. •CHST, OHST, or other safety certifications are a plus •Demonstrated capacity to walk active job sites for extended periods. •Demonstrated capacity to climb ladders, stairs, inside confined spaces, and work around heavy equipment. •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
