Hiring: Field Safety Advisor - Foundations Company: Summit Line Construction Location: El Paso, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:59:53 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office, Phoenix About the job Experience: •2 years minimum related experience (ideally within drilling/foundation, substation, and civil construction) Required Skills: •We are currently seeking a Safety Advisor to join our •Assist in identifying training needs and gaps, and propose training/education plans to fill gaps. •Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills. •Provide training to field personnel through tailboards and briefings. •Evaluate Safety, Health, and Environmental (HSE) education and training programs. •Assist in developing training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials. •Support Company HSE training to ensure it complies with state and federal regulations. •Inspect or evaluate workplace environments, equipment, or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations. Qualifications: •High school graduate and/or GED equivalent •OSHA 30 certification and/or related safety certification, preferred •Understanding of Federal and State safety regulations and training requirements. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and experience with web-based tracking software. •Must complete pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check as a condition of employment.
