This role is responsible for providing on-site customer support, system performance monitoring, site inspection and repair, and field failure diagnostics to ensure PV module reliability and high levels of customer satisfaction. •Customer Operation Support •Assist customers with on-site technical support, including troubleshooting and corrective actions required. •Support warranty claims by identifying warranty related issues and preparing accurate technical documentation and field evidence. •Communicate field issues, investigation results, and customer feedback to factory quality and engineering teams in a timely manner. •Monitor PV system performance using site operational data, I–V curve tracing, thermal imaging inspections, and other field diagnostics tests. Qualifications: •Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field preferred. •2–5 years of experience in PV field service, quality, or O&M (Operation & Maintenance). •In-depth knowledge of PV systems, modules, and site safety requirements. •Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently in field environments. •Proficiency with field diagnostic tools, including IV tracer, IR camera, and insulation tester.
