Required Skills: •Monitor the QC inspections and activities during the construction phase of a project. •Participate in systematic and independent reviews of QC documentation. •Assist in identifying and documenting issues that may cause, or contribute to, deviations from planned/expected outcomes and assist in developing corrective action plans to address issues. •Review Quanta operating units or subcontractor procedures and quality records to verify compliance. •Assist in compiling and providing internal and external metric reporting on quality objectives. •Performs any other duties assigned. •Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures. •Exposure to related design, construction or procurement requirements. Qualifications: •High School diploma, or equivalent •Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a quality assurance or quality control related field. •Minimum of 2 years' experience in power delivery, civil or industrial construction. •Basic understanding of quality inspections/audits and quality programs. •Basic experience in surveillance oversight programs. •Basic knowledge related to quality assurance processes. •Understanding of equipment and material specifications and testing requirements. •Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite packages and document management software. •Two years of experience in a quality assurance / control role on an EPC project. •Associates degree in Construction Science or Construction Management.
