Required Skills: •As a Field Project Manager, you'll oversee the successful execution of concrete formwork projects, coordinating across multiple departments and supporting customers throughout the project lifecycle. •Lead projects from contract award through closeout, ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and strong financial performance. •Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams including Sales, Design, Estimating, Purchasing, Production, Delivery, and Field Operations. •Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and key deliverables to keep projects on track. •Conduct project kickoff meetings and maintain proactive communication regarding scope, timelines, constraints, and customer expectations. •Review and approve formwork design and detailing packages before release, helping ensure quality and constructability. •Coordinate inventory, rental equipment, fabrication schedules, and operational resources to support project execution. •Monitor production progress, labor alignment, costs, and quality standards through regular plant visits and progress reviews. Qualifications: •Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. •Strong organizational and time management skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. •Knowledge of shoring systems, gang forms, wall forms, columns, platforms, and custom/CNC formwork solutions. •Operational familiarity with UFP products, systems, and operational processes. •This role includes occasional to frequent travel to manufacturing facilities and project jobsites based on project requirements. •Play a direct role in the successful delivery of major construction projects and become a trusted partner to customers across the industry.
