Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent extensive experience considered. •12–18 years of progressive commercial construction field operations experience, with 5–7 years in senior field leadership (Senior Superintendent, Field Executive, or similar). •Proven track record delivering multiple large, complex projects ($20M+) simultaneously, on time and within budget. •Expertise in advanced construction technologies — BIM, VDC, and digital project and field management tools. •Strong knowledge of construction regulations, OSHA safety standards, quality management systems, and environmental compliance. •Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills with senior clients, architects, engineers, and officials. •An established industry network and experience in succession planning and developing field talent at all levels. •Professional certifications preferred (CCM, PMP, OSHA 30, LEED AP, or similar).
