Qualifications: •Doctorate degree & 4 years of Medical Affairs experience •OR Master’s degree & 8 years of Medical Affairs experience •Bachelor’s degree & 10 years of Medical Affairs experience •AND 4 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources •Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D. or D.O. (other doctoral degrees considered) •Seven years of industry experience in Scientific/Medical Affairs at a biotech or pharmaceutical company •Seven or more years focused on clinical practice, clinical research, or medical research.
