Hiring: Field Development Director - Attruby Company: BridgeBio Location: Field, MN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 11:47:39 Employment Type: Full-time / Remote About the job Experience: •10+ years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 5+ years in Rare Disease/Cardiology/Specialty/ATTR Required Skills: •Analytics and Operational Leadership •Field Leadership Support •Partner closely with Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) and Territory Sales Specialists (TSSs) through regular field rides—approximately two days per week—to share best practices, strategize on opportunities, and strengthen execution in the field •Management Development •Work under the mentorship of the Area Sales Director (ASD), gaining hands-on leadership experience through participation in RSD preparation, interview processes, and providing coverage for ASD or RSD during leaves or vacancies •Geographic Support and Optimization •Provide coverage in key geographies as needed, including underperforming or open territories, to ensure consistent field support and business continuity •Partner cross-functionally with other RSDs across the country through weekly team meetings to share best practices, successful word tracks, and new initiatives—enhancing visibility, alignment, and real-time learning across all regions Qualifications: •BS/BA Required, MBA Preferred but not required •Product/indication launch experience: Track record of successfully launching new products and/or new indications into highly competitive markets •Strong leadership, planning and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision making and problem- solving skills •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize and execute on plan •Proven leadership skills with a history of holding oneself to a high level of accountability •Demonstrated capacity to influence without authority, internally as well as externally •Excellent written and oral communication skills •Excellent skills in using remote technology to engage with customers •Adherence to BridgeBio’s high ethical standards Compensation: •$250,000 - $310,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
