Required Skills: •Serve as a primary technical contact for customers, sales teams, distributors, product management, and engineering. •Support customer engagements from product discovery and evaluation through design-in, launch, and production. •Help customers evaluate, integrate, and deploy Syntiant’s edge AI, processor, sensor, and software solutions. •Lead product demonstrations, technical workshops, customer training, and application reviews. •Recommend solutions based on customer requirements, performance needs, power goals, and system constraints. •Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level issues with customers and internal teams. •Share customer requirements, technical issues, and market feedback with engineering, product, and business teams. •Create clear technical documentation, training materials, demo content, and customer-facing resources. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
