Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in related Life Sciences field. •3–5 years of hands-on clinical lab experience •Prior field-based application specialist or technical support experience in IVD / medical •Demonstrated success leading or mentoring technical teams across a territory. •Strong troubleshooting skills, business acumen, and excellent communication/conflict-resolution abilities. •Willingness to travel within the regional territory.
