Required Skills: •Technical Sales Support & Customer Support •Support the Head of Robotics Business during customer meetings, product demonstrations, technical evaluations, and proof-of-concept projects. •Present product capabilities and recommend technical solutions based on customer application requirements. •Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to product installation, integration, configuration, and operation. •Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues. •Training & Product Enablement •Deliver technical training for customers, partners, and distributors. •Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. •Help customers successfully deploy and maximize the performance of BrainCo’s products. •Product Feedback & Collaboration •Gather customer feedback, recurring technical issues, and feature requests. •Act as the technical liaison between customers and internal Engineering and Product teams. •Support continuous improvement of products, technical documentation, and customer support processes. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
