Occasional after-hours support and domestic travel will be required based on customer and project needs. •Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and answer product-related questions by phone, email, and remote-support tools. •Lead onsite installation, commissioning, configuration, testing, maintenance, and system upgrades. •Troubleshoot hardware, software, communication, and system-integration issues involving battery packs, BMS, EMS, PCS, inverters, gateways, and edge devices. •Analyze system logs, operating data, fault codes, and alarms to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions. •Interface directly with engineering and quality teams to resolve field issues, verify solutions, and improve product reliability. •Develop service procedures, troubleshooting guides, technical documentation, and customer-training materials. Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with battery operating parameters, fault alarms, protection functions, state of charge, and state of health. •Basic experience with Python, Linux, firmware updates, network configuration, or system-log analysis. •Knowledge of battery safety, electrical safety, and applicable industry standards. •The salary range for this position as required under applicable pay transparency laws.
