Use various tools such as grinders, buffers, saws, and drills. •Lamination: Lay fiberglass layers into molds, ensuring proper alignment. Saturate mats with resin, remove air bubbles, and smooth seams. •Cosmetic Detailing: Assist in removing hulls from molds. Perform cosmetic and structural repairs. •Safety & Quality Compliance: Follow detailed instructions, safety rules, and chemical handling protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. •Other: All duties as assigned. Qualifications: •Experience: Zero (0) to six (6) months of experience working with fiberglass resins and composite materials. Can be combined with education or attained through on-the-job training. •Demonstrated capacity to lift between 25 and 60 lbs. •Certifications: Must hold a valid driver’s license. Vocational education, a plus. •Pre-Employment: All applicants must be able to successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment. •Knowledge and operation of: jig saw, band saw, grinders, buffer, skill saw, drill, vacuum pump, dremel, tape measure, hand saw, and scale rule.
